Form stopped working after changing host

    I was having trouble with my previous host so I moved over to Siteground. Looks like after the transfer my main questionnaire contact form is no longer working. Any ideas what I should look for? The error I get is “Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below.” and the form is reset… There are no errors. There are also no errors in the console. This form does utilize the conditional logic plugin too if that helps.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for the trouble! Most often when we see errors like this, it’s because there are conditional required fields. Currently, when a required field is hidden it’s still required — so the error appears (when it’s hidden and empty), but the user isn’t able to see why.

    We’re working on a release that will resolve this, but for now you’ll need to be sure to remove the ‘required’ status from any conditional fields.

    Could you take a look and see if that’s the issue?
