Form stopped working

    Hi there! Im working with Contact Form 7 since a few months ago now + CF7 connector to google sheets in order to have a basic data base and everything was working perfect but since the last week every time I try to send info, the wheel next to the button just spins forever and I cant get the confirmation of the data sent Ok. Because of this my data base is not working (not receiving the info) but the form is sending the emails. I contacted the CF7 connector and we checked everything until we found that the form is not giving the message “info sent ok”.

    I apologize for my english, what can I do?

    What is the “CF7 connector”? Is it a WordPress plugin?

    Yes my friend. Its a WP plugin that integrates with yours plugin. But the problem is not the CF7 Connector plugin, the problem is that i cant get the sending confirmation message in my website when i use the form. If you try to send a something in the link i provided you will see the wheel spining but no confirmation.

    Do you want to see what info is seted up in the form? Should i change the theme?

    Try deactivating all other plugins (including the CF7 Connector plugin, of course) and switching to the default theme.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
