Form Stopped Working

Hi,

I am using Contact Form 7 for an animal adoption form. The form has been working. Recently, I built a new website for the company using the same code. However, WordPress was updated. They are receiving the following from the form but not the content itself:

Subject: Welcome “[your-subject]”
To: <[email protected]>

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

Please help!
