Form Specific Recent Doners

Hi,
I followed the tutorial here https://givewp.com/create-a-peer-to-peer-give-campaign-with-caldera-forms/ to enable my users to create their own forms.
I however needed the ability to show the doners on the same page as the form so I followed the snippet found here: https://github.com/impress-org/give-snippet-library/blob/master/useful-queries/better-donor-list-shortcode.php this provided the functionality as expected.
I’m curious as to if it’s possible to show only the specific forms doners instead of all doners?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
