Form sometimes not showing up

  • I am getting some complaints that the form on a page I built is not showing up intermittently, sometimes on mobile, sometimes on desktop. I personally can’t get it to disappear on any browser I’ve tried but I am just checking to see if you’ve had any other issues like this. I tried looking through the other threads and haven’t had any luck. Thanks!

    THanks! I can’t share it here, but I think the problem might have actually been with W3 Total Cache as I haven’t gotten any new complaints since I cleared the cache, but if I do is there a private way to send the link? I don’t want to post the link in the forums. Thanks!

    Oh yeah, that may definitely be the problem! Any time you make changes to the website, it helps to clear the cache as I have had that problem before in which I had to remind myself to clear the cache using that plugin.

    Well I did clear the cache every time I made a change, but i think somehow W3 total cache really screwed up it’s minifying that last time, and when I cleared it again it was fixed, except for one guy which I have to believe was probably going to the page RIGHT as I was clearing the cache, so I’m almost positive it has nothing to do with ninja forms but if I get any more feedback we can look at it then.     Okay, yep, still getting at least one person that can’t see the form show up. Where should I send the link?

    I don’t think this issue has anything to do with Ninja Forms as it totally has to do with the W3 Total Cache.

    I see. Ask that person to clear his browser cache (of course, after you have cleared the cache via the W3 Total Cache plugin).

    On Genesis framework I uploaded Ninja forms and both my page, form and pay-pal don’t show up? I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, I have added the short code to my page via append and add form and still my page doesn’t show up even my graphics are missing..I have installed the latest versions of both..
