Form Slow to Submit

Leads have been contacting us via email lately instead of our request for information form because it has been so slow to load the Thank You confirmation page.

A visitor will fill out our form and press Submit. Either the form doesn’t submit at all, or it will at a slow enough speed that visitors don’t think it’s working and they abandon the flow.

How can we speed up just this form?
