    Thanks for reaching out. I’ve just tested your page with Chrome Version 75.0.3770.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) and am not encountering any issue. The Continue button works as expected. Can you clear caches or try when logged out of your site. It may be some other factor that is contributing to this. What browser are you encountering trouble in?
