Form shows filled information

    Guys,
    I have tested the plugin, although the form is filled and send to admin, the form still show the filled information. Am I doing something wrong? How to get rid of it?

    Dear @granville59 ,

    Please check the form settings section and action on form submit. If it is set to reset for, plugin would reset the form after it is submitted.
