Hello, I seen a similar post below (foot of email) but I couldn’t find a post that is the same as mine (apologise if there is).

I’m having issues on seeing the give form appear on other browsers via wordpress. Once I publish the page with the shortcode it appears in safari. But then I view it in the other browsers and it doesn’t appear. However when I go into the back end of the site in each browser and publish each one individually, it appears to me only and not the charity.
Been trying to fix it for a while and I know it’s my issue but I can’t figure out what it is.
Great plugin and keen to use it as the charity have now got the paypal set up.
It’s set up as a child to the parent homepage so wondering if that is an issue.

    Thank you
    Chris. (I’d raised a ticket also, #32581)

    Hi there,

When I inspect the source of that page the Give form is definitely not being output there at all — so it’s impossible for it to appear in ANY browser like that. So that suggests that something didn’t happen correctly in the editor/admin area.

I’ve seen this happen sometimes if you copy/paste a shortcode from somewhere else and the <code> markup gets applied to the shortcode. Switch your editor to Text Mode and check whether the shortcode looks clean without any markup to ensure it will render properly.

If you can provide some screenshots of your edit screen showing how you’re implementing the form that would be helpful.

Matt I can only apologise. The issue was with my code input text as you mentioned. It’s all working fine now and thanks you for the time. Great plugin and excellent service.

    thank you

Help! I am having an issue with my forms as well. I had donation forms on all three of my “Give” pages, and they have since disappeared. I can’t seem to find any answers. https://www.hopesanctuary.org/donate/

    Hi @hopesanctuary

When I visit that URL, I see a DIV where a Give Widget SHOULD be, but the markup is missing completely. See here:

I’d suggest you navigate to “Appearance > Widgets” and confirm that your Give Form Widget has a Form selected that is Published and Save the Widget again.

    Thanks!
