I have been using Ninja Forms plugin in addition to Elementor for many websites without any issues. Today when adding the shortcode to call the form into the page, edited with Elementor, it causes the editor not to load. It will load in Safe Mode. It is only this one page with issues. I have rebuilt the page from scratch and the only point it has an issue is when I add the shortcode in. All other pages are fine and no issues with other plugins. I have got round the issue currently, by adding the shortcode in using the HTML widget which also seems to work. Please advise.

Just checked in other sites – all Contact pages with form shortcode in aren’t editable via Elementor. All other pages okay.

    Hello @joannacraig,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you are using the Shortcode from the Ninja Form, then you will have to use the Elementor Shortocde widget. You cannot add a shortcode using the HTML widget.

If it is working with HTML widget you are not using a shortcode and probably using a custom code.

A shortcode likes like this [shortcode].

    I hope this helps.
