ok thanks for the update. Yes, installs are unique and the combinations of plugins, WP versions, mysql, php etc is endless.

Appreciate the plugin, it’s very useful.

    Cheers

Thanks fried_eggz. I still don’t see the issue as resolved on the latest version. I only get the sticky list settings by deactivating members. (same as before)

    Cheers

Hi. Well, I don’t have members installed but still I’ve seen no hint of a Sticky List Tab in Settings. I have activated and deactivated the plugin several times and nothing. Please advise.

Check the FAQ which has sim possible solutions . If none of those work, try disabling all other plugins and then reactivate them one by one to find the conflicting one. Post your results here.

    Hi fried_eggz,

I’m in this same boat. I just installed the plugin on my local instance and am not seeing the settings in my form settings. All that is there is Form Settings, Confirmations, and Notifications. I have tried deactivating all plugins but Gravity Forms and this one, and yet it still doesn’t show. Likewise, I checked the permissions of my admin user (via User Role Editor–not sure of how to access it via the way you mentioned above) and added all
Gravity Forms permissions, but still no luck. I also upgraded to the latest version of Gravity Forms (1.9.5.20) and still nothing. Finally, I thought that this could be a problem with my local instance but I tried installing it on our dev server and the problem persists.

Any thoughts? Sorry to have to reopen this issue for you. If you would prefer, I can open a new thread instead of tagging on to this one.

    Thanks,
    Luke

No problem Luke. Your issue is very odd. When only WordPress, Gravity Forms and Sticky List are active you should definately see the settings.

Would it be possible for me to get access to a temporary account on the WP instance on your server so that I can log in and take a look?

Sure. I can make you a user. How do you want me to go about getting the credentials to you?
