Form sending input 5 times

    Setting up new form and testing.
    Every time, the form sends the input 5 times.
    Where is the setting to stop this?

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Could you let us know does 5 times means you have 5 submissions at the same time? It sounds like some issue on the site or some sort of conflict, like submit get into some loop.

    Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup.
