    Hi,
    I am having an issue with WP Forms, I have a form on my page: https://www.thebrentanosuite.co.uk/book-a-meeting-room/

    When I try it from my browser in Chrome it sends without any issues, however when others have tried on theirs it does not send. Clicking submit does nothing. I have also tried on mobile and it does not work on here also.

    Any ideas why this could be? i have tried to duplicate the form but still no luck.

    Hi WordPress community,

    It looks like the form is only sending when a user is logged in.

    Any idea why this might be happening? I’ve deactivated the most recently installed plugin and the issue is still ongoing.

    We’d be happy to help!

    From your description of the issue, I suspect that the issue could be a result of aggressive caching of your form pages. By inspecting your page source, I can see that you have LiteSpeed Cache and thus its settings will need to be modified to fix the issue.

    I’ve also noted that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Yes I have raised a ticket via email, but not heard anything back. We went down the route of deactivating plugins and testing if it worked. The forms have started to work. I will wait to hear back on the ticket and see if any changes need to be made to see it LiteSpeed Cache needs some settings changed.
