Form selection through drop down selection

    Hi,
    I want to make a area calculato where,
    1. Shape will be selected by user (Hex, Triangle, Square, ractangle etc.)
    2. Related form will show bellow for user input and calculated output.
    Tried to pass the require form ID in another form wit drop down option but no success.

    Is it possible to do so with CFF ?
