Form search broken in IE7

I have form I am trying to add to a list, but am having a hard time getting it to show inline with the rest of the list buttons. I finally stuck a bunch of padding in the stylesheet for the input box and have it in place in everything I want except IE7. The button also looks odd in IE7.
