Form Results does not saved

hi,
I have the form on the front page and the same form on other pages saved as Global Widget.
When I submit the results on Pages – nothing saved.
however, if I open the Elementor Leads and click on Form name – it opens the form on its own and submissions are saved. Am I doing something wrong?
