form responses

Hello , I have tried multiple froms , contact 7, wp form , ninja and even the form that came with my template,I put my email for notification when someone submits the form. althought I am able to see the submission on the form dashboard I am not able to see them in my inbox. I have tried all I can , youtube did not help and github was not helpfull has well. Thanks
