form resets after page load on redirect if litespeed active

hi ,we’ve asked this before but no reply and fix yet.

See the url below its the redirected page and form has values and pre-populates the field in the form using javascript from previous form/page

Now if you notice it loaded the page/form with values then resets the form and clear the info when refreshes. it happens if the litespeed plugin is active, but if we try to disable litespeed, the script works and the field values remain on the loaded page.
