Form Refreshing After Submission

  • My form appears in a pop-up window on my home page after clicking a button. It was working previously, but recent updates cause the entire page to refresh on submission which closes the pop-up and leaves the user confused. I have “Enable form submission without a page refresh. This option overrides the Redirect URL choice above” selected on the form editing page.

    I also have this form on a static page, but I’d like to have it as a user-friendly option in a pop-up.

    What updates were applied recently, around the time when the issue surfaced? Asking because we haven’t pushed any updates ourselves for a month, so unless you updated from an older version of the plugin, then something else would probably be causing the issue. Just a question of what.
