Form: Radio set Value Seperated from Text

Hello,
does anybody know how to enter the value separated from the visible text in the form in an option(radio) field.

Equivalent code example:
<option value=”sausage”>Wurst</option>

So i can set the text without changing the value in the form in the admin panel.
