Form products-per-page disapear after add-to-cart link

Hi,
I use WP 4.1 and products-per-page 1.1.3.1.
When I click on “add to cart” link {1}, the new url is https://host/?add-to-cart=30 and products-per-page form disappear.
How to add products-per-page also on this page ?Thanks in advance for you help.
