    Hi Team,

Thanks for this great plugin. We have used this for a while successfully however recently the forms have been going through but not processing via eway.

One odd thing that is occuring is that the system still accepts the test credit card as valid, however reviewing the settings I can definitely see that the eWay settings are set to not be in test mode – The customer id is also not the test ID.

I’ve spoken to eWay but they are unable to fault anything on their end and have said that there is no connection back to them.

Would you be able to assist us with this?

    Kind Regards,
    Roy

    G’day Roy,

Please export the form as XML from the WordPress admin, Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms, and email the XML file to me — you’ll find my email address on my contact page. I’ll have a look to see if everything works OK in a test environment.

    Have you upgraded anything recently?

    cheers,
    Ross

    G’day Roy,

It’s a bug! Thanks for helping make this plugin a better plugin by finding it for me and reporting it ??

I’ve just released v1.5.12 which fixes the bug. Essentially, product fields with separate quantity fields weren’t working properly. I’d guess that either someone has changed the form, or something has changed in Gravity Forms recently and I didn’t notice it. I’ve improved my test cases now!

    cheers,
    Ross
