Form Posts To Blog

  • I thought there might already be a plug in for this, but I can’t think of what to call it and I can’t seem to find something similar.

    I want to create a page that will be a form. A visitor can fill it out and by posting, the information goes to an already formatted page specific to a category, etc.

    I want to be able to adjust the fields too for various categories or depending on what the person wants to post.

    Has this plug in already been created or is there a way to make this sort of thing happen?
