Form Plugin with file upload? Possible?

    Hopefully this is the correct forum to post this ??

    I am developing a WordPress site for a college library. I would like to know if it is possible to add a form that students can use to upload their work and have it emailed to a relevant staff member chosen via a drop down in the form?
