Form Plugin with configurable “action” and “name”-Tags

Hello,

i am looking for a plugin for wordpress-formulars that need to be sent to another URL.
Therefore i need to set the Form-“action” attribute by myself as well as the names and values of the fields.

What i need is basically a “WYSIWYG”-HTML-editor für Forms but with no logic attached.
Most form plugins that i have testet (like “GravityForms”, “7 Forms”, “form maker” (the best until the “option” shows the value as field name) etc) are not able to fit my needs…
Therefore I appreciate any help!
