The plugin is active, but it does not display on the left side for me to make a form.

I cannot deactivate the plugin. Every time I try I get an 318 error.

    Hello,

It sounds like you’re running a version of PHP that is lower than PHP 5.4. You should be seeing an admin notification about this at the top of the screen when the plugin is active. However, the deactivation error is in decent part our fault, that we will be getting a bugfix out for in the near future. I’m hopeful that it’s only a momentary error, and not one that’s locking you out of your website completely.

If I’m accurate with the PHP version being below what we require, then we recommend talking to your hosting support about getting that bumped to PHP5.4 or higher. Parts of our plugin are going to need features from them in order to properly function.

Hope that helps, but feel free to ask us any other questions as necessary.

Marking as resolved for the time being. If @trulyliving12 comes back with new details or an update, we’ll resume from there.
