Form->payment->result

  • Hi!
    I would like to do some sort of calculator. I’m trying to make some kind of form, which collects data and does calculations depending on entered data. Before showing results I need to take payment of the results. Example: age, gender and country. These are fields in form and I want to do some calculation about them and then show results.

    Does this sound possible with some ready plugin on do you have other ideas?
