Form Padding on Lost PW and Register

It would appear that the form padding parameters that can be set for the login form are not applied to the registration or lost password form. This is not an issue except, when using Google noCaptcha, the Google box gets trimmed on the right side. (I believe it is 304px wide as I recall). Just an appearance issue as everything works OK. Super Low Priority problem.
