Form Options Leads to "Page Isn't Working" error (500)

    Hello,

    I recently noticed that I am unable to change any options for the forms I create in Form Maker. Whenever I click on Form Options, it shows the “Saving” screen with the box animations, and then the page fails to load. Refreshing just takes me back to the list of forms.

    I am on the latest version of both the plugin and WordPress. I’m thinking about trying to reinstall the plugin. Would it be safe for me to deactivate, delete, and then reinstall the plugin without loosing all of the forms already created?

    Hello, I have to apologize. All emails from your support team were being filter by spam. They were being blocked from our server and never got to my email client. I am responding to the last email from Greg on June 2.

    Thank you! I apologize once again for the confusion and frustration.

    Also, a while back, we had some custom work done to our contact form that allows us to send the message to a different email depending on which department the user picked from a drop-down. Has the functionality of that remained? I was instructed to not update the plugin when we got that done for us, but sadly I had to go through updates while I was troubleshooting this issue we were having recently.
