Form only sends to WP Admin

Hello, thanks for the help guys.

I have an issue when filling in the TO: on MAIL tab. The form with only send email to the worpdress admin email address. Strange? If I put the WP admin there I receive the email If I use any other email, when I fill out the form and hit send, I get a “there was an error trying to send your message. please try again later” in red
Any ideas?
