Form not written to the Google Sheet

I have been using the Sheet Connector for some time now and everything basically works perfectly. In 2 rare cases, however, a form was sent without problems and the corresponding notifications with the form content were delivered, but the form was not written to the Google Sheet. Are there any known bugs or form contents that can block a transfer to the Google Sheet? Or what other reason could have led to 2 forms not being submitted to the sheet, even though the form submission actually worked?
