Form not working with "Infusionsoft" tags

  • Hi, I have installed the Contact Form 7 Infusionsoft Add On plugin and it fails to send a message. WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date. I have also entered the correct App Name and API Key.

    As a test, I changed the first name, last name, email, and phone fields back to what they were previously and the form submitted fine.

    I saw on another thread that I would need to create a new form from scratch (as opposed to editing an existing one). I did this also with no luck.

    My website is https://www.camerasecuritydirect.com, but I currently have the original forms in place since they are working.

    Please advise.

    What specifically is not working? On the front of the website does the form completion result in a “success” message but then the email never arrives?

    Do you get validation errors in CF7?
