Form not working when country code is active

    Hi support,

    We used your plugin on this website: https://evolve.thedm.me/home/respondents/

    Click on Join us on first slider.

    We have the next issues:

    1. When we activate option Country code for mobile number, the phone number doesnt work (cant click on next or previous step)

    The site link you shared doesn’t have the country code plugin activated on it. Please activate the plugin first so that we can check the issue on our end.
