    My customer called me today from overseas as he was unable to send me an email via my contact form on my website.

    I tested it on my phone – and it was indeed stuck on “processing”. I have not received it.

    I have submitted a ticket to your support with the log etc so am awaiting your reply.

    But strangely, few hours later I decided to test it again both on my phone and PC – and THIS TIME – it worked!

    That’s good news, however my questions remain:

    1. what has caused the form to stop working temporarily (don’t know for how long)?
    2. how often does it occur? Not everyone can make an international call, so if their email is not getting through – they may give up and not contact me at all.

    posted 5 weeks ago (!!!) which you have not replied to.

    Is there a reason for ignoring that post?….. your reply to it would have answered my question.

  • @magicpowers My website is totally out of service since yesterday after I installed the Ninja Form plugin.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_block_type() in /home1/elvisben/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/blocks/bootstrap.php on line 21

    Even Wp-Admin is not possible to access. Now, I don’t know if this issue is the same as yours. It seems like they are out of office until tomorrow ;(

    Sorry to hear that… that’s a different issue.

    I suggest restoring your website from the most recent backup. Your host should be able to help you with this.

    Secondly, I recommend testing all new plugins and plugin updates on a staging site first.

    My issue with the form being stuck in “ processing” is gone (the form tested ok after few hours) – but I’m concerned that the same issue posted 5 weeks ago by another user still hasn’t received ANY reply from the developers.

    This doesn’t give me confidence about the reliability of the form and the quality of support, so I’m currently looking at some alternatives.

    Hope you can restore your website quickly!

    Can you update your Ninja Forms plugin to the latest version (3.5.1) and let me know if you continue to have the same issues?
