Form not working properly

The star rating displays as it should on my end. Could you please send me screenshots with both your start field and category fields to try to recreate this on my end and see if it’s a bug?

Hello Saxena,

Upon further investigation this does seem to be a bug caused by our latest update.
I recommend trying the previous version while we fix this.

Hello @witage,

Remove the star rating and category fields with the issue and then re-add them.
After you re-add them as new ones it will work as it should.
Please give this a shot and let me know how it goes.
