I sent a submission test and it got successfully delivered based in the message reported after sending the info.

Could you try submitting the form using a private/incognito window to make sure there is not an issue with the browser local cache?
If the issue persists, it is possible the browsers are saving cached information from the server. If you are using a cache plugin, could you exclude the page where the form is displayed?
Please perform the suggested actions and let us know the results you get.
