Form not working on Android

Update… I forgot to include… Occasionally this week I would recieve an email with the top half filled out with all information and the bottom half left looking exactly like this in code…

Looking into it some more.. I realize a few errors in the code where certain words have red markings ubderneath.. But I’m not sure if this is anything, or I’ve just gone so far into this hole and really need help. Errors are:

EventDate is first red error
EventTime include_blank is second red error
Zipcode is third red error on both lines
[textarea] is fourth red error. The code written is listed below…

Then again… This code has been working for four years without any issues. So maybe I’m looking too far into this????

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I can’t really comment on what are active and what’s not, as I honestly don’t know. I created the site myself a few years ago, and then added help from people that know wp much, much better than myself after that to help me build a better site.

I also received this email from PayPal last week… I don’t know if this has anything to do with what’s currently going on?

I’m not sure what that means or if it could be leading to this issue?

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet anti-spam, and Classic Editor.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

We did deactivate all plugins except CF7 & Classic Editor. As well as switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Two theme. Nothing worked.

On a last hunch I exported a copy of the site and installed it on my own hosting environment (A2 Hosting). The CF7 form works perfectly in that environment.

The root cause is GoDaddy.
