After a client told me her attempt to use the form resulted in a “success failure” message (not at all confusing), I started recruiting tests on different platforms. I do not receive messages sent via Safari on desktop or mobile.

My tester said she received a confirmation email, but nothing comes to me.

Please advise. The support link on your website (curiously not a form?) is very broken, so I hope I can get help here. I have a pro license.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Note that one of her test messages (iPhone) shows in my admin dash’s “activity” and one (desktop) does not. Not sure if that suggests anything.

    Hey @shinteetahgmailcom!

I’ve just tried from my Mac, and the submission seemed to go through — would you check in your Activity screen, and confirm that you’ve received it?

By the way, I noticed you’re running one of our upgrade plans — would you write us at ask(at)happyforms(dot)io? That’s where all our premium support takes place.

Finally a curiosity, which support link on our site did you follow?

    Let us know!

The “contact” link at your site links only to ‘mailto:ask@happyforms.io’;void 0 which obviously did not do much ??

Thanks for the email; I did sign in at HappyForms.io but found no support link within my account dashboard.

I did get your test message! and a few others from my continued test recruiting, but not all.

    Thanks!

    I see, @shinteetahgmailcom!

That “contact” link might look weird, but it’s actually an obfuscated mailto: link. Clicking it should open your email client, with a message ready to be sent to us.

Let’s continue our discussion at our ask(at)happyforms(dot)io email — see you there!
