    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please try to complete the following:
    1) Go to Admin Panel -> BWS Panel -> Contact Form;
    2) Click “Save changes”;
    3) Check the results.

    If the problem remains, please follow the steps below:
    1) Go to the settings page and open “Additional settings” tab;
    2) Mark the checkbox (if it’s not marked yet) in the block “Change the labels of the contact form fields and error messages”, choose the necessary tab, click the twisties to expand the list of the fields and fill in the fields;
    3) Save the changes.
