Form not working

  • Hi,

    The form on the above site is not working at all.
    After filling it in and clicking the Küldés button, nothing happens. The sender does not receive a message and I as the administrator do not receive the filled in form via email.
    I have other forms on my site made with your plugin – they do work.
    This one is with attachment field, I guess this causes the problem. I tried it with small files under the limit but it also did not work out.

  • Hi, just to confirm that it is the attachment field causing this issue.

    Can you disable or remove the attachment field in the form then carry out a test.

    Hi,

    I have no idea what happens with this form. First I disabled the attachment field. It was still there on the frontend (not in the preview). Then I deleted the field but it was still there. I cleared the cache every time before checking it again.
    I tried to send a form without an attachment but I did not receive it again.
    I am looking forward to your further instructions.

    Hi Judy, I think this form is corrupted. Try the following, either create a new form and delete this one or copy these settings into a new form. Give this a try, let me know how you go.

    Hi,

    You might have right. I created a new form and it is working now. Thanks. ??
    One more little thing: in Firefox, I can see Browse instead of the Hungarian text. Where can I change thi label?
