Form not working

    Hi,

    unfortunately, the form isn’t working for me. The campaign works perfectly, the form done in rainmaker shows just fine within the campaign, however, it doesn’t collect leads, it doesn’t redirect to a thank you page, it simply doesn’t work and just refresh the page.

    Any help appreciated, thanks!

    Hi,

    thank you for your response!

    No, I’m not getting any errors.

    If you click on the blue download button, it should trigger the campaign, and it does. However when asked to put your email adress and click “scarica” (download) the page simply refresh and no lead is collected.

    I’ve tested this both with MailChimp integration and without.

    Thank you for details.
    We suspect that you have installed minification plugin to minify and combine css and js.
    In Rainmaker and Icegram we already concat and minify js and css code.
    Please exclude rainmaker js and css from your minification plugin and try it once.
    This should work.

    You were absolutely right, that was exactly the problem. Works perfectly now, thank you!

    I appreciated the time the time you dedicated investigating the issue, I should’ve tried to disable all the plugins myself first, sorry about that.
