Form not visible on page.

    hello,
    I am trying to use this plugin to build some form on our website.
    But it looks like the form is not visible, sometimes on desktop and most of the times on mobile browsers.

    I have tried cleaning the cache, updating the settings and trying in a fresh browser. But the problem remains the same.

    Kindly check and help me fix it.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I visited the link you provided and there are errors on the console (Screenshot) which is not connected with the Cost Calculator.

    Please, check this issue, by disabling third-party plugins. If it does not help, you can create a staging website with the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). Then you can install only the Cost Calculator plugin and check for this issue again.

    This will help you make sure the plugin does not conflict with other themes or plugins.
