Form not visible in the frontend

    I’ve a purchased VfBPro license.

    Since a few days my form doesn’t appear in the frontend anymore. After 3 entries it was invisible although it is there.

    I tried then to build a new one which worked as expected. But also this disappeared after a entries on page.

    When I go to the VfBPro adjustments to check the license it is displayed as “verfied”. When I click on the check button I got a message that the license is only allowed for ONE site. But… I still only use one site.

    Any ideas?
