    Hello while from the day,
    I entered a contact form on a page of my site. I see it correctly from PC and Tablet, while I can’t see it from the smartphone.
    WP 5.6
    Can anyone tell me why?

    Hi @umberto69,

    Could we know whats the version of the plugin you are currently using? Please make sure the plugin is updated to the latest version. Could notice the issue in the mentioned website, however, I’m afraid the issue looks more like a conflict.

    Could you please run a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and then check whether it helps in ruling out where the issue is?

    Found! is SG Optimizer. Now there is a big problem, I can’t keep it disabled, this is to connect WordPress with all the performance optimizations provided by SiteGround hosting. How can we solve?

    Hi @umberto69,

    Did you try clearing the cache in SG Optimizer plugin? In general, the plugin should work fine with SG Optimizer. Maybe it was more of a cache causing the issue temporarily? Please do double-check whether that’s the case.

    You could also try enabling “Prevent page caching on form pages” option under the “Behaviour > Rendering” when you edit the form and see whether that helps too.
