Form not submitting when internet speed is slow

Hi guys,

My form does not submit if I am using a slow internet connection. The spin wheel which indicates the form that is being submitted spins for a while. After this, the wheel stops, and the form goes back to how it was before it was submitted.

This works fine if my internet connection is quick however. That said, my current connection can still stream videos, etc – it should be able to submit a form.

Any help would be appreciated.
