Form not submitting after latest update

After updating from Version 1.2.5.3 to Version 1.2.5.8, our form doesn’t submit. The ‘egg timer’ arrows just keep going round. We rolled it back to the old version to fix the problem. I’m afraid the site is live so we can’t give you much to go on. Happy to supply more information in a private conversation.
