Form Not Submitting after invalid submit

I have built a form for a client and I noticed that if you submit the form correctly it goes through as intended. But if there is a form validation issue or required field that was not filled out when you fix the errors and try to submit the form again it will not work.

Has anyone had this issue? Can anyone please advise?
