    Hello,

I’m having an issue with CF 7 lead generation form. The form is not submitting.

I have tried everything, from changing from eamil, editing SMTP, removing all existing extensions from CF7 to external database, google sheet, active campaign and still don’t submit it.

Did anyone experience the same issue and did resolve it?

    Thanks!

  • Look, it happened to me all last week and then I realised that it was another plugin that was glitching and not sending emails.

So please deactivate all the plugins and give a try.

    I have the same problem.
In my case the problem is contact form 7 with woocommerce.
Deactivating woocommerce contact form 7 now works.

Based on my personal experience, in these cases the issue comes from the plugin and not from wpcf7… it happens that the mail before being sent is filtered in some way, this plugin makes an error and the execution ends. If it’s any consolation, it would have happened anyway with other plugins.

And also in these cases it’s difficult to debug because we don’t have a clear error message, you have to enable WP_DEBUG_LOG in wp debugging or check the apache (or nginx) logs to try to understand what happened.

@blazkovac please list your installed plugin, so we can figure out which plugin is causing you this issue.

@daviderossi1982, do you have a woocommerce plugin that handles emails? I have woocommerce installed but wpcf7 works, so I assume it is a component of woo

I have only integration with woocommerce

    – paypal
    – stripe
    – mailchimp
    – google analytics

I am experiencing very strange issue here with cf7 submitting.

When I go test it via my pc and home network either wifi or utp is working. When I go on mobile via mobile data is not working. When I go test it via third party connection once is working another time is not working.

I really tried with disabling all plugins and still the same issue. I tried with selecting the same fields on different devices and it didn’t worked as well.

sorry I didn’t see that you had replied (you should quote me with @codekraft)

Your issue seems related to cache, try to disable the caching plugin (if any) and try to send a mail with different devices (where you need also to clean the file/image cache).

    Thanks @codekraft for your reply.

What if I’m not using any caching plugins or what so ever, how could I empty it in this matter then?

to make your browsing faster, the browser also keeps a copy of the files and images of the last sites you visited. It depends on the browser, on chrome for windows you just have to press ctrl+shift+F5 while on the phone you have to go to menu/history and clear the cache of the site.

Search on google how to clear site cache from your phone with your browser!

Ok I have done it, but still don’t submit the form. What else should I do? I tried disabling all the plugins expect the CF7 and didn’t submit the form as well.
