Form not submitting

    Hello. I set up my form and uploaded it to my site, where
    it looks fine. Trouble is that when I fill it out to test it, nothing
    happens. I don’t get any form data.

    This could be a Javascript conflict with your website theme. Could you please try switching to a different theme, and check if the buttons work?
