Form not styled

    I added the [fep_submission_form] shortcode to a page on my WP site, and the form appears – but it is not styled as per my theme (in fact it appears not styled at all…).

    What do I need to do…?

    It looks like the shortcode is inside < code > or < pre > tags. If you remove that, the appearance should improve.
